Questions
When does Unitgrove launch?
Unitgrove opens to the first operators in 2027. Join the waitlist and you will be invited in the order you signed up.
Do I have to book a demo or talk to sales?
No. You sign up, set up your units and start taking bookings yourself. Support is by email and in-app chat.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You can set up your units, agreement and payments yourself. On the Scale plan we also help you move data in at no extra cost.
What counts as a unit?
Anything you rent out separately: a storage unit, a parking space, a boat or RV space, a garage or a workshop unit.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card and bank payments go through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard fees apply. Unitgrove does not add a fee on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time and the new price applies from your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. Annual billing will be available with two months free.
Are prices in US dollars only?
Prices are shown in US dollars. At launch you will be able to pay in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD at an equivalent price.
