About Unitgrove
Unitgrove is being built because renting out a storage unit or a parking space should not need a phone call, a paper contract and a spreadsheet.
I’m Trym Holen, the founder of Unitgrove. I started working on it after seeing how small storage operators actually run their sites: bookings by phone, contracts on paper, rent chased by text message and a spreadsheet as the only overview.
The software that exists is mostly built for large chains and sold through demos and quotes. Unitgrove is for the operator with one or a few sites who wants to set things up themselves, see the price up front and get back to running the business.
How Unitgrove is built
- Self-serve. No demos or sales calls. Everything can be set up from the browser.
- One model for every unit type. Storage units, parking spaces, boat and RV spaces and garages are all units with a customer, an agreement and a bill.
- Your money goes to you. Payments go through your own Stripe account, directly to your bank.
