Yes. Any unit type can require an application and your approval before booking is confirmed.
Can I bill for electricity or other extras?
Yes. Add fixed or monthly extras to a rental and they appear on the same invoice.
Is this a full commercial property system?
No. Unitgrove is built for many small, similar units. It does not handle service charges or complex commercial leases.
